By accessing or using EzyVyapar ("the Service"), operated by CodeWiz Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
EzyVyapar is a GST billing, invoicing, inventory management, and accounting software designed for small businesses in India. The Service is available on Windows desktop, Android, and iOS platforms with cloud sync capabilities.
To use EzyVyapar, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
EzyVyapar offers a free 15-day trial and paid annual subscription plans (Basic, Pro Windows, Pro Ultimate). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed annually. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings.
You retain full ownership of all business data you create, upload, or store in EzyVyapar, including invoices, inventory records, customer data, and financial reports. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws including Indian GST regulations, to impersonate any person or entity, to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, or to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our cloud services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EzyVyapar's offline mode ensures you can continue billing and managing inventory even without internet connectivity. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
EzyVyapar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but you may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
