EzyVyapar offers a 15-day free trial with all features unlocked and no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will simply revert to limited access with no charges.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your paid subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, email us at support@ezyvyapar.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase, for accounts that have been suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, or if the subscription has already been consumed for the majority of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@ezyvyapar.com. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after cancellation, during which you may export your invoices, inventory, and other business data.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining period. When downgrading, the new rate will apply from your next billing cycle.
